Message the maximum flow of his turbos.
The turbos the OP is running are the JWT 530 (Garrett GT2554R), JWT rates the pair of turbos on a Z32 engine at 530 motor HP. Garrett rates the flow capability in the range of 170HP to 270HP each.
Pressure is a measurement of resistance, as you remove restrictions from the system, the turbo can flow more air without needing to create pressure, if you move the air at a lower pressure, you will have less heat that makes more power.
Higher octane fuel allows increased ignition timing that also lowers pressure.
The OP is making more power at the wheels than the turbo is rated to flow at the engine.
